RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.191 dated 04.10.2014 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 452, 323, 427, 506, 148 and 149 IPC and DDR/Rapat No.11 dated 05.12.2014 (Annexure P-1A) at Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana, on the basis of compromise dated 23.12.2014 (Annexure P-2) Pursuant to the order dated 01.11.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 24.11.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.631 dated 24.11.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana vide letter No.2154/EC dated 28.11.2017.
According to the report, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is genuine and without any pressure or undue influence.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
