RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in cross-version bearing G.D. No.43 dated 13.02.2017 under Sections 326, 323, 324, 148 and 149 IPC recorded in FIR No.28 dated 13.02.2017 registered under Sections 326, 323, 324, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Dina Nagar, Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from the investigating officer, submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for custodial interrogation.
In view of above, order dated 01.12.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
