At the outset, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, submits that pursuant to our order dated 01.05.2024, passed in CWP No.9941 of 2024, the petitioner is being afforded an opportunity of hearing by the competent authority at 4.00 P.M today and necessary orders in accordance with law shall be passed.

That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same be disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned State counsel. In the wake of the above and in terms of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the petition is disposed of.
