This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 106 dated 16.07.2015 under sections 419, 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Raikot, district Ludhiana Rural.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Hardeep Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated January 13, 2016, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated January 13, 2016 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
