( !    )**(+,-*(-((  ''.  . ,- -/ (-(( 0The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against him vide FIR No. 52, dated 1.5.2021, Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur, under Sections 304, 506, 34 IPC. The FIR was lodged at the instant of Sanjana wherein it is alleged that she had solemnized 'love marriage' with Manpreet Singh on 10.5.2020 and had started residing in the house of her in-laws. However, her mother-in-law and father-in-law were not happy with the marriage. It is alleged that on 29.4.

2021 she woke up late in the morning and on account of which her mother-in-law Sukhchain Kaur started quarreling with her and her husband Manpreet Singh also gave beatings to her. It is alleged that at about 3.30 pm her mother-in-law Sukhchain Kaur again started quarreling with her and her mother-in-law and father-in-law gave beatings to her. It is alleged that her mother-in-law snatched complainant's son from her and threw him on the bed. When the complainant tried to pick-up her son, then her husband Manpreet Singh her father-in焁 law Narinder Singh and mother in-law Sukhchain Kaur gave beatings to her and did not allow to pick-up her child. It is alleged that later the complainant's son died on account of injuries sustained by him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter infact arises out of a matrimonial dispute between the complainant and her in-laws. It has been submitted that in any case even if the allegations as levelled in the FIR are taken to be correct, it is complainant's mother-in-law who is alleged to have thrown complainant's son on bed. Learned counsel has submitted that infact on the day of occurrence, the complainant even as per FIR had left her matrimonial home with her brother-in-law and it is apparent that it was later that the child sustained some injuries as

he died after 2 days of the alleged occurrence. It has also been submitted that the parties otherwise have amicably resolved their issues.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Arresting/Investigating Officer and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.1 ,
