(ORAL) By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the relief of parole for a period of four weeks to attend and participate in the marriage ceremony as well as reception party of his brother which are scheduled to be held on 15.07.2021 and 17.07.2021 respectively. Mr. S.S.Pannu, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, has joined the proceedings in pursuance of the copy of this petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance. Heard.

Concededly, the petitioner has moved an application (Annexure P-2) before the Superintendent District Jail, Bhondsi, Gurugram-respondent No.3 on 29.06.2021 for seeking the concession of parole. In these circumstances, without commenting or expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter in hand, respondents No.2 and 3 are hereby directed to look into and decide the said application (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner by tomorrow, i.e 14.07.2021 strictly in accordance with law.
