Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 291 dated 21.10.2014 under Section 260, 379, 411, 413, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2014. Admittedly, the registration covers in question were prepared before the joining of the petitioner at Ferozepur. Petitioner was responsible for preparation of registration covers.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ferozepur.
