(ORAL) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 130 dated 16.11.2014 registered under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and 21(1) of Mining and Mineral Act, 1957 at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar (Rural).
When this case was listed on 02.02.2015, following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the State submits that the police official, who has come to assist him, has not brought the police file. He prays for a short adjournment.
Adjourned to 12.03.2015.

On instructions from HC Inderjit Singh, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further interrogation.
In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 02.02.2015 is made absolute and he shall abide by the conditions as enshrined in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
