(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the criminal complaint bearing No. COMA/155/2016 dated 20.12.2016 titled as 'Madhu vs. Rajesh Gupta and others' (Annexure P-6) pending before learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Panchkula alongwith the summoning order dated 20.12.2016 (Annexure P-7) and all other proceedings arising therefrom.

The present petition pertains to the year 2017. Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 24.05.2019 and 30.05.2019. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last 4 dates i.e. 11.03.2022, 07.11.2022, 07.08.2023 and 12.02.2024.
