RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of complaint case No.COMA/503/2022, dated 14.10.2022, titled as 'Krishan Lal vs Rajbir' under Sections 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instrument Act and under Section 420 IPC and the impugned summoning order dated 18.01.2023, Annexure P-9, passed by learned Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, District Jhajjar. He further prays to stay all the subsequent proceedings in the above-mentioned complaint pending before the trial Court.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. May 09, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
