Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of tentative seniority list dated 05.02.2021 (P-13) of Class-III employees pertaining to Bhiwani Sessions Division and impugned promotion order dated 04.04.2022 (P-16) passed by respondent No.2, whereby respondents No.3 to 6, who are junior to petitioner, have been promoted; as well as for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to promote the petitioner as Assistant from the post of Clerk and to grant all the consequential service benefits to the petitioner along with interest @ 18% per annum.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioners, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
