(ORAL) The present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0454 dated 18.07.2019 under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 342, 379-B, 506 IPC (later deleted 379B) and (later added 325, 307, 34 IPC), registered at Police Station Camp Palwal, District Palwal.

Bail application of similar co-accused -Sandeep was dismissed on 20.07.2020. There is nothing to distinguish the case of the present petitioner from that of the co-accused.

Dismissed accordingly.
