This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 578 dated 06.07.2015 under sections 420, 406, 200, 181, 171 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Hisar Civil Lines, District Hissar. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 22, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated November 22, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
