(Oral) (The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.23 dated 03.03.2021, under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 (for short, "Act") (Section 29 of the Act added later on), Police Station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Sunil Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 14.07.2021 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of accordingly.
