(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the notification dated 17.05.2004 (Annexure P-8), issued under Section 4 of the Land acquisition Act, 1894 (for short 'the Act'), followed by notification dated 21.03.2005 (Annexure P-10) issued under Section 6 of the Act, qua the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that as per her instructions, the land of the petitioners has been released under Section 48 of the Act vide notification dated 06.07.2007. Learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition, but he is not able to get the notification dated 06.07.2007, therefore, liberty be granted to the petitioners to move an application for JAWALA RAM 2015.05.13 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Learned State counsel has no objection to the same. 4.
