Terms of settlement have already been received in this Court which as per counsel for both the sides, have been duly complied with and nothing in respect of these terms remains to be fulfilled. In the light of the same, Criminal Complaint No. 44/5906/2014 dated 10.6.2014, titled Mrs. Gurinderleen Kaur versus Maninder Singh and others and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom shall stand quashed.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
