******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The petitioner is seeking quashing of order dated 12.12.2016 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar and order dated 09.06.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar. Learned JMIC, Amritsar vide order dated 12.12.2016 has dismissed the complaint filed by the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 3(10) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and under Section 323, 506 Indian Penal Code with the observations that no case is made out to summon the accused. In revision, the order of learned Magistrate was affirmed with the observations that the impugned order is not found to be suffering from any such illegality or impropriety.

None has appeared for the petitioner to assail the order passed by Courts below.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
