ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.249 dated 21.06.2018, registered under Sections 420, 406, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') at Police Station Salhawas, District Jhajjar.
The operative part of the order dated 29.10.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he has received Rs.2 lacs from the complainant and he is ready to hand-over the said amount by way of a demand draft favouring the complainant - Mahesh Kumar, subject to final outcome of the case.
Adjourned to 10.12.2018...."

CRM-M No.45320 of 2018 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 29.10.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. It is further submitted that the petitioner has handed over the demand draft of Rs.2 lacs favouring the complainant - Mahesh Kumar and has placed on record the photocopy of the said demand draft. Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Baldev Singh, assisted with counsel for the complainant has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation.
In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.10.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
