*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since appeared in the trial Court and has deposited a sum of Rs.5,000/- in Free Legal Services Authority, Ludhiana. He has placed on file copy of order passed by the trial Court in that regard which reflects the appearance of accused there and placing on record original receipt regarding deposit of Rs.5,000/-. It being so, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 24.11.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition stands allowed accordingly.
