This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 432 dated 08.11.2017 under sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC at Police Station Sector 34, Chandigarh. Learned State counsel submits that recovery of the documents has been effected. On the basis of same, investigation is likely to be completed soon. He further submits that pursuant to order dated November 29, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation. In view of the above, order dated November 29, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
