**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) On 30.01.2020, the following order was passed : "Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for setting aside the impugned order dated 30.09.2013 (Annexure P-4) vide which the petitioner has been declared Proclaimed Offender in FIR No.53 dated 01.06.2009 registered under Sections 436, 427, 354, 342, 452, 148, 149 IPC and Section 3/4 of SC/ST Act at Police Station Kalanpur, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on an arrival in India, the petitioner is willing to appear before the Court below and face trial.

Notice of motion for 26.03.2020.

Meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner till 27.02.2020.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on or before 27.02.2020 and move an application for grant of regular bail. The trial court will decide the said application expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no contact with his client and he is unable to make any statement qua present status of the petitioner.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Des Raj submits that the petitioner till date is proclaimed offender and he has not complied with order dated 30.01.2020 passed by this Court. In view of statement of learned State counsel, the present petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed.
