Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 on instructions states that he left the job and settled in Canada, in wake of which, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will submit a representation bringing this fact to the notice of the respondent-Department to seek appointment, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided, within a further period of 4 months,
