PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.56 dated 23.03.2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 148, 149 of the IPC, 1860 (Section 148, 149 IPC deleted later on) at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka 2.

Counsel for the petitioner at the outset confines his prayer to expeditious disposal of the trial.
