***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.15 dated 21.04.2016 under Sections 304/34 IPC at Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to order dated December 06, 2017, petitioner has appeared before the trial court and furnished bail bonds to its satisfaction. Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.

In view of the above, order dated December 06, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
