(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 229 dated 09.06.2015, registered at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 498-A/304-B/328/34 IPC (with alternative charge of Section 302 IPC).

Learned State counsel on instruction states that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is now fixed for 18.04.2017 for recording of defence evidence.

Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
