        This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the complaint No.COMI/76/2017 dated 07.02.2017 made under Sections 312, 34 and 120-B IPC and Section 5 of MTP Act, 1971, MTP Rules and Regulations 2003.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner deserves to discharged from the allegations. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has already been discharged from the allegations on 22.11.2022 by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana. Report to that effect has been handed over in the Court, which is taken on record. Keeping in view the said report, the present petition does not require any further order as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
