The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 05.02.2024 (Anenxure P-5) whereby he was dismissed from service. 2.
Mr.Sameer Sachdeva, Advocate submits that petitioner against the order dated 05.02.2024 has preferred appeal before the Appellate Authority which is not adjudicating the same. He submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed if respondents are directed to decide his appeal in a time bound manner.
