***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.24 dated 16.02.2023, registered under Sections336, 506, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code(for short 'IPC') and Section 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station,Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 08.05.2023 passed by this court, petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per her instructions from ASI Mohinder Singh submits that petitioner has been implicated subsequently in another incident which has resulted in registration of a fresh FIR, the particulars of which are not readily available as the Instructing Official is not present in Court. She, however, admits that petitioner has joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required in this case. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required and he has already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. Order dated 08.05.2023 granting interim anticipatory VANDANA 2023.07.26 10:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-23179-2023 (O&M) bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

However, it is made clear that in case petitioner is involved in any other case, concession granted in the FIR in question shall not be construed to mean, in any manner that Investigating Agency cannot take action against him, in accordance with law. 6.
