******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that challan in this case has been presented before the Court and charges have been framed against the accused on 05.09.2018.

This is petition for direction to State to transfer the investigation of the case bearing FIR No.115 dated 20.03.2016 registered at Police Station Kundli, District Sonepat to crime branch or some other agency.

Keeping in view the fact that the police has already presented the challan and charges have been framed in this case, this petition has become infructuous. Even none has appeared for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
