**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned notice dated 13.02.2019 (P-7), vide which the petitioner has not been called for interview for the post of Auction Recorder against the advertisement No. 7/2015 (P-1). Learned counsel submits that pursuant to advertisement dated 10.07.2015, the petitioner participated for the post of Auction Recorder against 02 posts meant of OSP category (General). The last candidate who has been called for interview vide Annexure P-7 has secured 136 marks whereas the petitioner has secured 142 marks.

Learned counsel submits that as per notice dated 11.04.2019, some candidates have been called for interview for 23.04.2019. However, it is not in dispute that the petitioner filed the present petition on 03.05.2019 after the candidates appeared for interview on 23.04.2019. This Court even on 08.05.2019 had given a direction to the respondentCommission to interview those candidates who had approached this Court on 24.04.2019. But since petitioner has filed the present writ petition at a very belated stage, at this stage no ground is made out for quashing impugned notice Gaurav Arora 2019.05.15 15:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
