This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondents to register F.I.R on the basis of representation dated 17.09.2014 (P-1) given by the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that she had registered F.I.R against her husband and her in-laws and the same is still pending in the District Court. They are now giving threats to her to take the case back and threatened to kill her and her family from Mobile No. 09950331473. This mobile No belongs to one Proclaimed Offender. A representation dated dated 17.09.2014 (P-1) in this regard has been given to respondents.
