Petitioner Surjit Kaur has filed this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the respondents to register an FIR against Kikkar Singh, husband of the petitioner, for giving life threats to her.
Learned State counsel states that FIR in the matter has already been registered, vide FIR No.247 dated 30.12.2014, P.S. Women Police Station, Sector-17, Chandigarh.
Heard.
As the main relief in the petition is for registration of FIR and as per version of the learned State counsel, FIR No.247 dated 30.12.2014, has already been registered in the matter, therefore, no further action is required to be taken in this petition. Thus, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
