(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.91 dated 14.05.2022, registered under Sections 379B, 120-B IPC, at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka. Vide order dated 01.06.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Gurjit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 01.06.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. 19.12.2022 (HARNARESH SINGH GILL) Aman Jain JUDGE Whether reasoned/speaking?
