The prayer made in the present appeal is for setting aside the judgment/order dated 07.03.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Civil Writ Petition No. 8971 of 2021.

Admittedly the appellant has been continuously working in and around Hisar and in the Division of the same region for 12 years and has been in the region uninterruptedly since his employment with Food Corporation of India for almost 29 years.

In view thereof, if he has been transferred nearby and that too on his own options having been given in the option form, no interference can PARVINDER SINGH 2025.05.28 09:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

LPA-1553 of 2025 be possibly made to the transfer from Jind, Haryana to Rajasthan. The order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 07.03.2025, therefore, does not warrant any interference.
