(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 304 dated 07.09.2016, registered at Police Station Sadar Gohana, District Sonepat, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 328/498-A/506/34 IPC.

Petitioner is brother-in-law of the complainant and the allegations against him are general in nature. Moreover, Rajo-co-accused has already been granted bail.

Learned State counsel on instruction has informed that challan presented in this case on 13.10.2016 and out of 10 witnesses, none have been examined and the next date is 09.01.2017. Heard.
