DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) On instructions from SI Ravinder, it is informed by learned State counsel that after concluding the investigation, cancellation report has already been filed before learned Magistrate. However, it is further informed that learned Magistrate has ordered for further investigation. In view of the aforesaid information and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is hereby disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court as and when the occasion arises, in case petitioners are not satisfied with the order to be passed by learned Magistrate with regard to the cancellation report.
