Punia, Advocate for the respondents. **** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of order dated 22.01.2015 and criminal complaint No.69 dated 07.03.2013, titled as M/S Meera Steel & Agro Industries Vs. Swati Cast & forge Private Limited & others, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 including summoning order dated 04.04.2013 (Annexure P-4). Learned Senior counsel for the respondents has submitted that trial is near conclusion as now it is listed before the trial Court for recording of defence evidence.
