This is an application for placing on record the additional affidavit dated 21.05.2025 of the petitioner. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the additional affidavit dated 21.05.2025 of the petitioner is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

An affidavit (supra) has been filed by the petitioner stating therein that the amount would be paid in five equal installments as detailed in the affidavit.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that he has no objection. However, till such time as the payment is not made, the attachment order be continued.

In view of the affidavit and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.1, the present revision petition is disposed off on the basis of the affidavit filed by the petitioner that the amount would be paid in five equal installments. Till such time as the amount is not paid, the attachment order shall continue.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has pointed out that the total due amount is ₹23,50,000 (rupees twenty-three lakh fifty thousand) and on the previous date a draft of ₹1,00,000 (rupees one lakh) was offered to respondent No.1. However, due to the pendency of the present revision petition, the said amount was not accepted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that in addition to the amount as stated in the affidavit, the petitioner will hand over a demand draft of ₹1,00,000 (rupees one lakh) to learned counsel for respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from today.

It is made clear that in case of any default, the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed and respondent No.1 would be at liberty to move an appropriate application before the Executing Court concerned.
