******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case No. NACT-292/2018 dated 13.03.2018 titled as 'HDFC Bank Ltd., Branch Faridkot, District Faridkot through its Assistant Manager, Authorized Representative of the complainant Bank vs. Surjit Singh' pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridkot, for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced copy of order dated 15.05.2019, whereby petitioner has been released on interim bail by the trial Court in terms of order dated 10.05.2019 passed by this Court. CRM-M-21359 of 2019 -2before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail, this petition is allowed and order dated 10.05.2019 is made absolute till decision of the complaint, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;
(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
