**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.98 dated 13.07.2016, under Sections 308, 323, 324 and 379-A IPC, registered at Police Station Adampur, District Jalandhar.
At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harpreet Singh, has informed that in pursuance of order dated 19.12.2016 of this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation on 02.01.2017 and their custodial interrogation is not required at this stage. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 19.12.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
