Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Darbara Singh of Police Station, Khanauri, District Sangrur, very fairly concedes that in compliance of the interim directions issued vide order, dated 29.12.2014, the petitioner did join the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required in the present case.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim directions issued vide order dated 29.12.2014 passed by this Court are made absolute.
