***** ANOOP CHITKARA J. (Oral) Present petition is for quashing of FIR and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same.

Learned State counsel submits that as per reply dated 10.05.2019, during investigation the petitioners, who are not executive directors were found innocent, as such, their names have been deleted from the array of accused in the aforesaid FIR.

Given above, if any supplementary report to this extent is required to be furnished, the same be furnished within 30 days. Accordingly, the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR has rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. Liberty is reserved to file a fresh one in case any need arises.
