-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) The instant appeal has been filed seeking to challenge the judgment dated 20.01.2020 rendered by the Judge Special Court, Sangrur in FIR No.93 dated 30.07.2018 registered under Sections 22, 61, 85 of NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been marked to him by the Legal Aid Services Committee. There is a note that has been put up by the registry that prior to filing of the instant appeal, there is another appeal bearing CRA-S No.1119 of 2020 filed by the appellant-Krishan Singh against the same judgment, which is pending adjudication before this Court. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the appellant does not press the instant appeal.

Dismissed being not maintainable.
