NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Bharat @ Komal, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.314, dated 04.07.2014, registered at Police Station, Hathin, District Palwal.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Chander Shekhar of Police Station, Hathin, District Palwal, very fairly concedes that in compliance of the directions issued vide order dated 30.12.2014, the petitioner did join the investigation and he is no more required for custodial interrogation in the present case.

CRM-M-44509-2014 (O&M) -2In view of the above, the interim directions issued vide order dated 30.12.2014 are made absolute.
