1. Counsel for the petitioners was granted an indulgence by this Court to restore the writ petition subject to depositing costs of Rs.2,000/- vide order dated 20.12.2010, but the cost has not been deposited.

2. In view of the order, the writ petition could not have been restored as the same was subject to depositing of the cost.

3. Since no cost has been deposited, writ petition stands dismissed as it is and is consigned to the record room.
