No. 18 dated 13.2.2019 for offences under Sections 406,420 IPC has been registered against respondent No. 5 Pawan Kumar with Police Station Dhakoli and on completion of investigation challan against him has since been filed in the Court. With regard to respondent No. 6, State counsel submits that as a result of investigation he was found to be innocent. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The grievances of the petitioner have been addressed as far as Pawan Kumar respondent No. 5 is concerned. With regard to respondent No. 6 Bijender Singh, even though he has not been challaned by the police.
