The learned counsel for the petitioners submits, that a compromise has occurred, inter se, the petitioner - accused, and, respondent - complainant. He further submits that in terms of the compromise, and, as when the complaint concerned, is listed, before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, thereupon, a prayer would be made for withdrawal of the complaint bearing COMI/503/18 of 23.07.2018 (Annexure P-3), titled as "Chandan Aadia Vs. Sanjana Arora and another". 2.

Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays, that at this stage, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

The afore prayer is not contested by the learned counsel for respondent.

Consequently, the learned counsel for petitioners is permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioners - accused, and, to the respondent - complainant, to, in terms of the compromise, move, before the learned Magistrate concerned, an application seeking withdrawal DINESH KUMAR 2022.04.05 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
