CORAM: HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE JAISHREE THAKUR

Present:

Mr. Amit Dhawan, Advocate, for the petitioner.

**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against respondent Nos. 4 to 7 on the representation filed by the petitioner.

It is also argued that at the present moment only a limited prayer is made that the said representation be decided expeditiously as possible.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Arshdeep S. Kler, learned DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Let two copies of the petition be served upon him during the course of the day. He fairly submits that the representation (Annexure P-1) will be looked into as expeditiously as possible.
