Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside impugned order dated 16.01.2023, Annexure P3, and order dated 29.05.2023, Annexure P-5, passed by respondents No.2 and 3, respectively.

After addressing for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an application for grant of fresh licence under the Arms Act, 1959, in accordance with law.
