(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.208 dated 25.09.2017 under Sections 177, 420 IPC and Section 82 of Registration Act, at Police Station Division No.6, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 28, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 28, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
